  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  1. Drain the soaked cashews, almonds, and dates. Add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze.

  3. Before serving, allow the ice cream to soften for a few minutes so it becomes creamy.
