Healthy Treat: Homemade Mozart Cubes

Today, I'm excited to share my recipe for homemade Mozart Cubes - a healthy twist on the beloved Mozart balls. These little delights not only impress with their taste but also their unique texture. The crisp chocolate layer seduces with every bite, while the soft almond filling and nougat base melt in the mouth, offering a true flavor sensation. A play of contrasts that delights the senses and provides genuine palate pleasure.

The Natural Protein Content of the Cubes

Another reason why I love my Mozart Cubes is their high protein content. Recipe for Homemade Mozart Cubes

Bottom Layer: Nougat

• 150g roasted hazelnuts

• 100g chickpeas

• 2 tbsp cocoa powder

• 5 tbsp maple syrup


Middle Layer: Almond filling

• 150g ground almonds

• 100g white beans

• 50g almond butter

• Bitter flavoring to taste

• 4 tbsp maple syrup


Top Layer: Chocolate

Melt dark chocolate and pour over the middle layer. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.


Important: Press each layer firmly and chill before adding the next!
